  • I'm surprised you work in an attorney's office and do not realize that the McDonalds lawsuit being frivolous is actually an urban myth. The original case involved the fact that the cup and lid were not well designed and not fitting properly, and the coffee was scalding hot.

  • OK I hate frivolous lawsuits and I agree she doesn't necessarily deserve huge piles of cash, but whose to say we won't all be better off if airplane makers are forced to put some kind of backscatter light that hits the propeller from both directions if the landing wheels are down?

  • Nice - so since his lyrics were marginal to poor, and referred to the violence he perceived around him and, yes, glorified, he deserved to die. Did I get that right? And because we don't think his lyrics were clever and included hateful things, it's not sad that he was killed. Right?
